Working groups receive hands-on support following a fast-paced, proven and expert-facilitated process. Over a 3-6 month engagement, we help each group move the best ideas from inception to impact.

Working groups are carefully curated and delicately balanced to optimize talent to drive solutions. Time commitments during co-creation are lightweight and can be done as a side-hustle without jeopardizing an existing employer relationship.

Program participants can engage as co-creation team member or as founding team member for a new venture. Decisions to participate on founding team can be made along the way.

Standard Terms Designed to Attract Top Talent

  • InnSure provides working groups 3-6 months of hands-on support from Creation Labs Design Studio team and our corporate partners. Available resources include design, data science, recruiting, legal, HR, sales & marketing and insurance specific domain expertise.

  • Post Launch Cap. Table

    • Founder(s) own 70-80%

    • 15% Discovery/Co-creation Team including Participating Corporate Partners

    • 5-15% InnSure Holdings

  • Corporate partners have first look to invest @ pre-seed (after working with founders for 3-6 months). Early POCs and capacity opportunities are also provided to partners on a first look basis.

  • New ventures are afforded additional investment opportunities available through institutional seed round (or in follow-on rounds) through InnSure network of insurtech investors.
