InnSure Announces Next Creation Labs Cohort
The nine companies joining InnSure’s incubator program will help communities tackle climate challenges such as vehicle electrification, floods, wildfires and more.
BOSTON, March 23, 2026 — InnSure, a non-profit reimagining climate change-related insurance risk financing, today announced the nine companies comprising the second cohort of Creation Labs: 7Analytics, Aillium, Delos, EVSTAR, Fast Hazard, LocationHealth, Orbital Sentry, Tenax ai, and XyloPlan.
Creation Labs is InnSure’s flagship launch and growth platform accelerating the development and deployment of new climate risk management products that address critical market gaps in U.S. communities. Companies, entrepreneurs, and innovators participating in Creation Labs gain access to resources that help them deploy and scale their products in climate-challenged markets that need affordable and creative insurance solutions.

The Creation Labs cohort members are:
7Analytics: A flood analytics specialist empowering insurers and businesses to adapt to the climate challenges of today. By combining ultra-high geospatial resolution with AI/ML techniques and weather intel, they provide both property-level flood risk data and event impact forecasting several days ahead.
Aillium: Aillium exists to make electrified energy storage assets legible to capital - distilling battery-performance risk into underwriting-grade financial intelligence so they can be financed, insured, and tokenized at scale.
Delos: A property insurance MGA that utilizes proprietary wildfire science and satellite imagery technology to solve homeowners’ insurance availability issues in wildfire-stressed locations.
EVSTAR: A leading renewable energy service administrator, specializing in providing comprehensive warranty services to protect EV charging stations. EVSTAR’s solutions help businesses mitigate financial risks while ensuring the operational efficiency and long-term success of EV infrastructure.
Fast Hazard: With a focus on modelling natural mitigation measures like trees and natural reservoirs, Fast Hazard provides climate-threat modelling to empower the world against climate risk. The company’s near-instant flood simulations provide insights into areas facing hazards and possible solutions.
LocationHealth: A climate risk and adaptation intelligence platform that connects climate analysis, asset-level data, financial evaluation, product recommendations, reporting and monitoring in one platform, effectively supporting clients to go from climate analytics to climate adaptation action.
Orbital Sentry: Serving both the insurance industry and first responders, Orbital Sentry is building persistent wildfire detection from geostationary orbit. By replacing periodic satellite snapshots with continuous infrared space-based monitoring, the company provides real-time ignition and fire spread intelligence that enables faster suppression response and gives insurers the live data stream they need to manage wildfire risk before, during, and after an event.
Tenax ai: Property-level risk intelligence infrastructure enabling insurers to make confident risk selection, mitigation and underwriting decisions in markets exposed to extreme weather. Their AI-native computer vision converts ground-truth imagery - captured via mobile or drone - into verifiable risk insight at the individual property level, closing the "last mile" data gap and enabling improved loss outcomes.
XyloPlan: Equips insurers, communities, and land managers with advanced wildfire modeling and mitigation solutions. Built around real-world fire behavior and risk dynamics, XyloPlan’s Fire Pathways engine helps clients quantify exposure, prioritize action, and support resilience for buildings and communities.
Creation Labs is supported by GreenieRE, an impact reinsurance company focused on the bottleneck risks holding back climate infrastructure projects, and the New York State Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), which previously awarded InnSure a grant to develop the program that served as the precursor and pipeline to Creation Labs.
